The Gratitude Collection Inspires Another…

July 12th, 2010

There’s nothing better than seeing one good idea turn into another, especially when it’s for a good cause. This month we launched the Gratitude Card Collection in partnership with Operation Gratitude, in support of deployed American service men and women.

Last week, I was thrilled to receive an email from Liz of This Full House, who is putting her own spin on the Gratitude Collection. Liz, along with Bay of Queen Mother Blog, Julie of Bouf Family, Monica of Paper Bridges and Shannon of Mom Improvement are representing New Jersey in the 77Kids Do Good Day on July 14th. They have decided to put together a Gratitude Station where children can come and create their own gratitude cards for American deployed troops.

At the conclusion of the Do Good Day, Liz and Team New Jersey will send all of the kids’ Gratitude Cards to Operation Gratitude, who will include them in care packages to deployed service men and women. If you’re in the tri-state are and would like to participate, please visit This Full House for more information.
