Trick or Treat!

With one week until Halloween left, kids and adults alike are getting ready for their share of sugar and scares. That’s why I decided to feature some ghoulish artwork to get ready for a night of trick or treating!

Here’s a classic trick or treating scene of miniature monsters awaiting their Halloween treats. I love the intricacy of this design and the boldness of the characters.

Halloween Trick or Treat Monsters by James Browne

I love this darker design for its equally cute and haunting elements. The soft quality of this piece creates such a spooky, fogged atmosphere for the ghost facing trick or treaters.

The Ghost House by Mike Hoffman

Trick or Treat is a perfectly eerie design that illustrates how even with the simplest costume, anyone can be a character much different than their own on Halloween.

Trick or Treat by Sara Harvey

You never know what kind of creature lurks beneath that monster costume. In fact, it may not be a costume at all! I love how the girl’s exaggerated expression in this design tells a story by itself.

Trick or Treat by Jacqueline Monroe

This fairytale-esque design serves as a rather cute reminder to keep both eyes wide open on the night when ghouls and monsters are abound. I love how the characters seem so full of personality, and how the scene is completed by the brightly glowing moon.

Wolfman Trick or Treat by Bill Robinson

I enjoy this piece for its balanced design and subtle fall colors, and not to mention, the wickedly strange cats.

Are you ready for a night of costumes and candy yet? With a week to go, it’s time to prepare for the spookiest of evenings. Happy haunting!
