pingg would like to introduce you to one of our newest features – group invites – something that no other online invitation service can offer. Now you can easily and simply invite families and groups online in one invitation.

With most online invitation services, hosts are only given the option to invite a single guest and to then specify the number of ‘plus 1s’ that guest may bring. But, what about inviting an entire family or group? To do so, you would have to invite one member of a family and designate the number of guests that they could bring, even though the invitations are meant for mom, dad and the two kids. If the guest responds ‘yes + 1′, the host then has no idea which member of the family is attending.

Problem solved by pingg! Our group invite feature lets hosts easily and simply invite families and groups together as one. Of course this makes RSVPing very clear – - the host knows exactly who is coming and is not left with a ‘+1′.

So when inviting the Obamas to your next dinner party, don’t send an invitation to Barack and his 3 guests, invite the whole Obama clan. Just email the invitation to the Obama Family (we know Barack carries his blackberry) and add Michelle, Malia and Sasha’s names. When Mr. Obama RSVPs, you’ll know exactly which family members he’s bringing.

Don’t separate what you can do with an offline invitation from what you can do with an online invitation.
