At pingg, eco-entertaining isn’t just something we think about when Earth Day rolls around. It’s something that we’re conscious about all year long which is why we were so excited to participate in a great event produced by notesonaparty.com, A Night of Eco-Chic Entertaining.
The event brought together NYC’s top event planners and hostesses with the newest and best eco-friendly vendors. Of course it was also an opportunity for us to celebrate the launch of our friend and media personality Josh Dorfman’s newest book, The Lazy Environmentalist on a Budget.
Together with 300 others, including our friend Gail Simmons, judge on the wildly popular Top Chef, the fabulous Zem Joaquin, founder/ceo of ecofabulous.com and friends from marthastewart.com, fashion, luxury and tech, we had the chance to meet new green entrepreneurs, connoisseurs and vendors, sip eco-friendly cocktails & wine, sample incredible food and best of all, get great tips for all of our eco-entertaining needs.
