Announcing San Fran’s Finest…

After the success and overwhelming number of submissions for pingg’s first photography competition featuring iconic images of Brooklyn, we decided to give it another go and selected San Francisco as the next one! The City By the Bay, with it’s winding streets, fisherman’s wharf, iconic bridge and famous neighborhoods, did not disappoint and submissions came rolling in.

Of course pingg faced the tough part of narrowing down hundreds of great images to 15 finalists. We then left it up to you to chose the most stunning shot. All of the finalists will have their work included in a San Francisco Themed Designer Series collection of invitations and ecards on pingg and the winner will receive a Fujifilm FinePix F70EXR digital camera including case and a memory card.

San Francisco’s diversity, eccentric culture and amazing architecture provided a beautiful backdrop for all of the finalists but now the votes have been tallied and congratulations are in order for Arin Fishkin and her winning photo of Castro Street.
