Remember when you were a little kid sitting at the table and your mom made you sit up straight, eat with your fork and chew with your mouth closed? Formal manners and etiquette may seem outdated but, in fact, making others feel comfortable and respected can be the difference between hosting a successful gathering or an awkward one. There is no question about it, good manners and etiquette are a way to assure yourself of a place on invitation lists as well as a way to make a positive impression.

Someone who is no stranger to minding his manners is Thomas P. Farley, the manners guru behind the wildly popular “What Manners Most” site.  Tom  is truly an expert on the topic, having been  interviewed about etiquette by the New York Times, USA Today, CNN, ABC, NBC and CBS just to name a few and now he is sharing his expertise with pingg!

His invaluable advice sheds light on topics from what NOT to bring the hostess to proper RSVPing etiquette all to help you navigate your upcoming parties and soirees this season.  Needless to say, we’re thrilled to have Tom as part of the pingg family and we look forward to sharing his unique point of view.  We think you’ll find his tips both helpful and insightful.
