Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Try when you have friends over, or when you’re looking for a tasty snack. Perfect for any occasion.
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 (8 ounce) bar cream cheese
- 1 jar roasted red peppers, drain and blot dry
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
In food processor, blend all ingredients together. Blend longer for creamier texture or shorter for a chunky texture. Let the dip sit before serving to bring out the garlic flavor.
