Claire, who is a qualified Graphic Designer from Canberra, Australia, has had her work displayed internationally in exhibitions, publications, magazines and online.

She combines a collage of scanned textures, colours and fabrics to create whimsical worlds of make believe that engage both children and adults alike.

Part of her inspiration comes from being a mother and re-entering the world of imagination that children inhabit so readily. Says Claire, "being a mum of two young children requires you to be able to enter into their world. It's a wonderful place. And just reading a book to my children can bring to mind feelings of wonderment that I want to create in my work."
