"Ever since I was a kid I wanted to create things that people would enjoy and that would make their days seem a little bit brighter. If I can do that with my art then I feel like I have really accomplished something great."
Currently, Danielle resides in New York and Michigan where she works as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer in the fields of reportage, advertising, publishing, package design, fashion and editorial. As a designer and illustrator Danielle enjoys every aspect of what she gets to do, be an artist that solves problems, and communicates to a diverse audience. She enjoys using a wide variety of media in her illustrations and designs, such as watercolor, pen and ink, crayon, drawing, computer graphics, and oil paint. Some of her clients include Lam Design, and New York Social Diary. She has been featured on the websites of numerous organizations and was published in The Artist's Magazine last year. As an ambitious artist and entrepreneur Danielle has also founded and co- founded two design studios, The 1104 Studio and A Love of Drawing.
She is a graduate of Parsons School of Design, and continues her studies with Veronica Lawlor and Margaret Hurst at the Dalvero Academy.
