When Pacquita was five she sat at the back of her school class in Melbourne, poring over the pages of Where the Wild Things Are. She knew then that she had to be an artist when she grew up.
more »After working as a graphic designer, illustrator and painter she set off for London and found her way into the leisure industry, designing wall treatments and painting murals in venues and private homes all over the UK.
Back in Australia she continues to 'make art' no matter what it is - from set design, to children's room murals, to illustration - drawing on her experiences in various mediums and styles and incorporating all she has learnt in her art.
