Stephanie DosReis likes to channel her inner 8-year-old when she paints and wishes she could do more of that in her everyday life. She is most comfortable sitting on the floor in front of a canvas, surrounded by numerous tubes of paint, messy stacks of paper and vintage fabric. She is inspired by tree-houses, freshly pressed linens, barefoot summers and finding beauty in life's everyday simplicities.
more »Stephanie is a freelance mixed media artist and designer and has worked within the industry as well as selling her work on Etsy.com. She has her own line of scrapbooking products and papers available in stores nationwide as well as across the globe. Her work has been featured on popular design blogs such as CRAFT:, Decor8, Cookie Magazine and Real Simple Magazine as well as many others. Stephanie received a BFA in textile design with honors from the University of Massachusetts.
She currently lives in Providence, RI with her husband, son, one lumpy dog, a guinea pig named Walter and two ridiculous doves whose combined intelligence wouldn't power a small light bulb.
