We determine pricing based on the number of employees you have as a simple way to offer you an "all-inclusive" service. Even if you only plan on having a small number of employees the service, your price is determined by the number of employees your organization has overall.
What if I want to use the service for more than 60 days?
We will be offering existing customers a special offer to continue using the service after 60 days.
Can I tell if my eCards were delivered?
Our dashboard provides basic reporting on delivery and open rates for ecards. Please note that reporting is discreet for each sender, and no aggregated reporting across multiple senders from the same organization is provided.
If I want you to design custom eCards for me, what is the process?
We will provide you with a design questionnaire to complete, and then conduct a phone consultation. We will then provide you with some mock-ups for your approval, and work with you to finalize and upload the designs.
