Wedding
Announcing our Engagement
Alexa and I had to reach a lot of people to share the good news so we created an ecard announcing our engagement. We loved this original illustration from the pingg Designer Series.
Save the Date cards
Once we confirmed the details of our big day we sent Save the Date cards. The best part was, once we designed them, pingg printed, stamped and mailed them for us, relieving us of the stress.
Wedding Shower & Bachelor/ette Party
For the wedding shower, we attached our gift & charity registry to the invite and made it easy for our guests. We also had very little convincing to do when our bachelor/ette party hosts decided to use pingg for the festivities.
The Big Day
We knew that we wanted to have a green wedding so the less paper we used, the better. However, our parents insisted on more formal invitations, so we had pingg send printed invites to them and online invites to the rest of our guests. Keeping the guest list in order was a cinch with pingg’s guest list manager. We were even able to export the list and hand it off to our wedding planner.
Baby / Kids
Announcement of our Newborn
Everyone was so eager to see him, so we sent an announcement out to our family and friends and uploaded pictures to the web page for all to see.
1st Birthday Party
One year later, we had our first birthday party. With most of our guests on facebook and twitter, we uploaded the invitation directly from pingg, making it easy to reach everyone.
General Entertaining
Dinner Party
Jeremy and I needed some quality time with our friends, so we hosted our first dinner party. We had pingg send out online reminders the week of the party and online thank-yous to everyone the next day.
Happy Holiday
We needed to send holiday cards, so we had pingg send a few printed versions to close relatives and email the rest to friends. Customizing our holiday ecard with our own image was a great touch and free.
Professional
We’ve Moved
We had been running a company out of our living room and were ready to open a storefront. We sent out a “we’ve moved” announcement to all of our customers letting them know of the new location and the extra deals we would be having at our grand opening.
New Product Launch
We decided to add new items to our selection of products and wanted to let all of our customers know. Easiest way to do that was to send out an announcement through pingg and upload our company logo as the announcement’s design.
Charity
Giving Back
Jeremy and I organized an event to raise money for children in need and invited all of our customers, family and friends. We included information on the charity on the event’s web page and also gave people a place to donate online.
Thank You for Giving
The feedback we received from the fundraiser was so great that we had to reach out to each donator and personally thank them. We had pingg print, stamp and mail our thank-yous for us.
