Yes…video killed the radio star, but that doesn’t mean online invitations should kill your traditional printed ones.
Print - have pingg print, stamp and mail a printed version of your online invitations or ecards. Select the people who you’d like to receive your correspondence in the mail, and pingg will do the work, sending them out for you. Just $1.50 each, plus postage. Trust us, your guests will appreciate the keepsake.
RSVP - send print to the entire guest list or to just part and continue to collect RSVPs online via a unique RSVP code found on each mailed invitation.

You’re making a list…checking it twice. Well actually, you don’t really have to check it twice cause pingg makes it easy to import your guest list, tag, sort and group it, and then store addresses for future events.
Import/Address Book - import your contacts from all your sources including, gmail, plaxo, outlook and even other invite services and store them in your pingg address book. Drag & drop names from existing lists to upcoming events, tag individuals and even sort your addresses by groups.
Manual RSVP Management - easily insert RSVPs given to you in person, or on the phone to your pingg guest list. Keep a master list of all RSVPs in one place.
Group Invite Functionality - invite groups and families with a single invitation and designate exactly who is invited. Instead of having to invite Mr. Smith and his 3 guests, invite the Smith Family and specify who the 3 guests are.
Printing / Exporting - print your lists directly from pingg or export the list to a .csv file and open in excel. It’s perfect for easy check in.

Ad-Free Zone - if you’d like, remove advertisements and banners from your web page for a small fee (we do have to keep the lights on) and have a completely ad free web page.
Customization - make it your own…from the event name (“My Party”), to the event location (“My Pad”) to your own URL (“Jessica.pingg.com/MyParty.com”).
Photos - use Flickr to share photos with your guests before and after the event and post them to the web page for all to enjoy.

Guest Communications
Someone once said “Good communication is as stimulating as black coffee, and just as hard to sleep after.” We just like that quote. But we also like the sentiment, which is why we make it easy for you to communicate with your guests throughout all stages of the event.
Reminder Messages - write messages in advance and schedule for future delivery. If you want to send an RSVP reminder, select recipients (yes RSVPs, no RSVPs, Not Yet Responded, All Guests), set the delivery date and let pingg handle the rest.
Additional Messages - customize your own message before the event. Include last minute changes, address reminders and requests for your guests to bring food or gifts to the event.
Private Messages - connect with individual guests privately.
