How secure is my payment info?
Payment information is only stored at our payment processor. All aspects of the payment process meet PCI compliance and bank level security and your information will not otherwise be distributed.
If I cancel my account before the end of the year, do I get some of my money back?
pingg offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you find that you are not satisfied with your membership. There are no refunds beyond 30 days after payment.
Are the yearly membership auto-renewed?
Your yearly pingg membership will be auto-renewed unless you deselect the auto-renew option on the settings page of your account. You can deselect the auto-renew option at any time throughout the year.
Can I change my plan later on?
You will be prompted to upgrade your membership plan if you add any features that are not included in your current plan to your card or invitation. It is not possible to downgrade your membership plan.
