In 1988, the Institute of Medicine wrote a report entitled, The Future of Public Health. This report spawned a broad coalition called the Public Health Functions Steering Committee that defined the mission, vision, core functions, and essential services for public health in America and consolidated it all into one simple image - The Public Health Wheel.
  
At this party we will celebrate the cycle of new residents coming to fill the gap of the esteemed class that will be departing. Circular wraps and sandwiches will be provided by the hosts, while Wheel themed sides, drinks, and paper products will be provided by the guests. Please see potluck page for suggested items and indicate in news and comments what you plan to bring. Incoming PGY2s are exempt from bringing any food.
  
Dress code is casual and party will be indoor/outdoor pending weather with possibility of Badmitton if people BYOR (bring your own racquets). Family is welcome.
