Lean Six Sigma in the Auto Industry
ASQ Automotive Division – Webinar
Presenter – Roderick A. Munro
Have you ever seen two teams, one Lean and one Six Sigma, tackle the same problem at the same time? It is not always pretty and the competition can actually become destructive to the organization if things are not handled very well. Today, many organizations are bringing the two very powerful tools of Lean Thinking Methodologies and Six Sigma Strategies into a combined effort to build on the strengths of both processes to help improvement the organization. This first ever ASQ Automotive Division Webinar will investigate the process of the combined Lean Six Sigma and look at ways to ensure the integration is effective and efficient. Our presenter is well known in the Automotive sector as being in the forefront of efforts as APQP and Six Sigma. Rod will share with us some learning’s that are developing from the combination of these tools into a more powerful process that can be used in your organization.
