The Lowell School Parents' Association invites you to the 2013 Casino Night!
  
An affair for the "gambler, the "dancer," and the "mingler," Casino night is a fun Lowell tradition. Be ready for a night of Craps, Roulette, Blackjack and much, much more!
  
This year we will enjoy a special performance by the talented Vincent "V Rich" Richardson, recording artist and music instructor to many of our Lowell children. Hailed as a talented young artist, V Rich is certainly a musician to watch:
  
"Masterful and vibrantly fluid on keys, V Rich's voice blends unique textures and a stratum of harmonic ability into contemporary R&B. V. Rich is an artist of innate musicality equipped with an arsenal of skills as a singer/songwriter, musician, arranger and producer."
  
$40 per person includes: 1 drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres, and 2 raffle tickets. Additional raffle tickets for sale at the door for $5 each (chips will not be traded for raffle tickets this year). Per DC Lottery rules: EVENT TICKETS WILL ONLY BE SOLD AT THE DOOR (NO ONLINE SALES). ONLY CASH OR CHECKS CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR ALL CASINO NIGHT TRANSACTIONS.
  
With your admission you will also receive $5,000 worth of chips to play. Additional chips will be available for purchase at the event (only cash or checks can be accepted).
  
Brush up on your rules and strategy with an instructional sesion from 7:30 to 8:00PM. Gaming ends at 11:00PM and the winning raffle tickets will be drawn at 11:15PM.
  
The top three chip winners will receive the following prizes:
