S.T.A.R.S. School for Autism is a non-profit organization with a commitment to provide a tailored learning experience for children with autism. The primary mission of S.T.A.R.S. is to provide an individualized scientifically varied education to children with autism. Through partnerships with the community and families, our students receive an integrative and systemic approach to education, aimed to help children reach their optimal potential.
  
Join us on Friday, November 30th, 2012 as we at S.T.A.R.S. School for Autism will be giving thanks and celebrating the advances made in the education and wellness of our children, at the 2nd Annual “Giving Thanks to the Different Colors of Autism” fundraising event.
  
The evening will begin at 6:00pm at the Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum at Florida International University, and will feature open galleries, food & drink, music, a silent auction with prizes such as; a makeover at Posh Beauty Salon, tickets to see the Miami Heat, an inclusive trip to the 2013 Grammy Music Awards, and more! As well as a very special surprise that will feature the students of S.T.A.R.S. displaying their many colors!
  
S.T.A.R.S School for Autism is depending on your support. S.T.A.R.S. needs your help in order to continue providing the proper education and much needed services to low income families that live with autism. In order to continue making a difference in the lives of individuals affected by the work of S.T.A.R.S. School for Autism, it is vital for us to meet our monetary goal for this year.
