Martin Kahn will be celebrating his 70th birthday Nov.5th ... and celebrating him is what we wish to do!
  
Martin's presence was our first warm welcome into the Kol Ami family. It is, therefore, with great pleasure that we will be hosting this non-surprise party in our home, providing the main dish and inviting you to share your culinary talents with us (TBD). The non-surprise part is the guest list given to us by Martin. It includes those whom he holds most dear. So, please consider yourselves Martin's "chosen people."
  
Because we love music, poetry, art, and story telling, we are selfishly asking you to think of how you'd like to contribute to the evening's entertainment. We have a piano, but we'd love other instrumentalists, composers of songs, singers of songs, creators of poetry, readers of poetry - anything that would give you pleasure by way of pleasing Martin and offering him an evening that he will forever treasure.
  
We send our love to all of you and hope that by giving this much advance notice, you will all be able to be a part of the celebration.
