Behind the ingenuous concept of it all is Chef Robert Clifford, a rising young talent in Dallas and yes he is a force to be reckoned with. He’s started an exclusive, invite-only dinner event. Think of it as a secret society, where you’ll experience tranquility, culinary greatness and do feel free to bring bottles of wine for yourself and to share with your new friends. Now he’s throwing soirees in art galleries, museums, old warehouses, restaurants and the occasional private garden.
Chef Robert Clifford is an award winning, ACF Certified Culinarian from Dallas, Texas. As a fifth generation Texan, Chef Clifford knows how to create big flavors in the backyard. Drawing on southwestern, Spanish-Mediterranean, and classic southern cuisine, his signature style takes the guest to a place both familiar and a world away with every bite. He was awarded 2010 Student Culinarian of the Year by the Texas Chefs Association, Dallas Chapter, and also won numerous awards for his culinary and presentation skills. He is a graduate of El Centro College in Dallas, Texas.
