Many of us have waited, and waited, for more news about the development plans for the South Shore Hospital, 600 Alton Road, and the surrounding lots of land.
  
The wait is over: the property owner, Crescent Heights, is unveiling its latest plans at WAvNA's January meeting, one week in advance of its scheduled presentation before the City of Miami Beach Planning Board.
  
Please, plan to attend this meeting to educate yourself about the latest vision for this important entrance to South Beach. This project has the potentional to be an exciting addition to our community but there are many issues to be addressed.
