Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible for catering purposes. At this point food will be sponsored and limited drinks. Please prepare yourself for that extra special drink you like from our cash bar.
  
Should you need accommodatation, please notify the organises as speacial rates have been negotiated for out of towners.
  
Please feel free to add other mates that we may have missed buy forwarding a link of this invite. However note, they will not be able to RSVP online should you do this. They will need to email the organisers for that.
