I am attaching a flyer for Dr. Carl King and Christ Community's 25th Anniversary Celebration! Tickets for the Black Tie banquet are $65.00. You may call the church to pay by credit card (the info is on the flyer) or you may send a check to the church address. If you phone the church with your confirmation, please indicate you are my guest. The deadline for ticket purchases is September 30.

2. Your entree selection (baked chicken or baked salmon) for each person in your party
