Judge James Rogan: House Manager for the Impeachment Trial of President Bill Clinton

Judge James Rogan has been part of the Superior Court for California since October 2006. Judge Rogan was part of the House of Representatives and is more famously known as one of the House Managers for the prosecution in President Clinton's impeachment trial. In addition to writing a memoir, Judge Rogan taught at Chapman University School of Law.
